REACH

REACH turns Pakistan's official disaster warnings into clear, location-specific alerts. It collects bulletins from agencies like NDMA, PMD and the PDMAs, reads PDFs, maps and scanned reports with vision-language models (Qwen3-VL), rewrites vague warnings into actionable guidance, and pins them to exact locations on a live map. Built as a team for a hackathon, with PostGIS, Supabase, React and Mapbox.
